FLAT $100 FEE INCLUDES:: 

Service upon sheriff for garnishments, levies, evictions and other actions.  

In person (Nassau/Suffolk Counties) or Overnight Mail or Certified Mail service upon Plaintiff (or counsel) based on the court order.

All documents served upon the Sheriff must be original with the raised court seal. 
Same-day service will incur a $50 surcharge.
